have decided to jointly help the victim girl's younger brothers toward
the achievement of their educational aspirations. These NGOs will
provide financial support for this purpose. President of both of these
NGOs Dr Syed Zafar Mahmood has announced this decision of the two NGOs.
The NGOs also demanded amendment in law so that the perpetrators of rape
are stoned to death. That only would create fear of law in the minds of
the criminals. |
