November 19, 2013 (New Delhi): At a meeting today, Muslim representatives of 19 states of India gathered in New Delhi to issue a Muslim Electoral Declaration expressing their displeasure over anti-Muslim policies / actions / inactions by BJP, Samajwadi party and the UPA during the last four and a half years and more.

They decided to appeal to Indian Muslims to select and vote for national / state level political parties (other than the above 3 group), and independent candidates who wholeheartedly implement 20 vital works for Muslims as listed below:
