ZFI's Intervention Application in Jangpura Masjid case: High Court admits it never ordered demolition

ZFI's Intervention Application was listed on 21 March 2011 as item No. 11 in Court 28. The Hon'ble Judge appreciated the documents in our possession and clarified that he had not ordered any demolition of the mosque in questiion.

The final order disposing off the writ petition authoured by the Hon'ble Chief Justice and Hon'ble Justice Dr. Muralidhar was read over by me in the court.

I also made a specific reference to the response received under RTI. Finally the Hon'ble Judge gave us liberty to approach the appropriate forum and thereafter Court, to regain our title. the matter is now for 16.5.2011 though application for intervention shall no longer be listed as, consequential relief could be given not in the contempt proceedings but in the main case. But, for the present, the purpose of Intervention Application has been served. The relevant facts have been placed on HC's record and the Court did observe that it had not ordered demolition.
