Projects Handled
1. Mohd. Saaqib Shahzad - Aged 28 years. Student. Debt ridden. ZFI paid the debt. Amount Rs 3600/-.
2. Mohammadi Begum - Aged 55 years. House-wife. Loan on interest for her daughter's marriage . ZFI paid the loan and saved her from growing interest. Amount Rs 7000/-.
3. Mohammad Ali Siddiqui - Aged 35 years. Unemployed. Had to join his job abroad. Visa and all other formalities were complete, but had insufficient funds. ZFI made up the deficiency. Amount Rs 25,000/-.
4. Mohammad Farid - Aged 20 years. Burn victim. Had insufficient money for his treatment. ZFI got him treated. Amount Rs 800/-.
5. Mohd. Mushtaq - Aged 55 years. Businessman. His house collapsed and he lost his business. ZFI got the house reconstructed and helped him set up his business. Amount Rs 17,000/-.
6. Mohd. Shakeel - Aged 42 years. Factory worker. While working in a factory his hand was amputed, condition of his house worsened as he didn't work. House rent kept on increasing. ZFI paid the rent, got his hand treated. Amount Rs 20000/-.
7. Saeed Mohd.Umar - Aged 46 years. After his father's death his landlord drove him away from his house . ZFI helped him get a house and start a business. Amount Rs 5000/-.
8. Ameerunnisha - Aged 60 years. House-wife. Her husband could'nt see and there was no source of income. ZFI gave her peeko's machine and her husband was also given monthly aid. Amount Rs 4900/-.
9. Naheeda Anjum - Aged 16 years. TB Patient.Parents died, was brought up by her relatives but she was suffering from TB and the financial condition was not very good so the relatives took Rs 15,000/- from somebody, unfortunately the girl died. ZFI paid the loan. Amount Rs 15000/-.
10. Azeeza - Aged 42 years. New Muslim. Her husband drove her out of his house. She was in a very bad condition. Some people did try to help her but that was not enough. She could'nt even pay her house rent. ZFI paid her house rent and an aid of Rs 2000/- p.m. ZFI also arranged for a teacher's job for her.
11. Anwary Begum - Aged 70 years. House-wife. Lived on rent (alongwith grown up unmarried unemployed daughters); landlord threw their belongings on the road, neighbours helped and collected Rs 70,000/- for buying her another house. But the amount required was Rs 1,00,000/- . ZFI gave the remaining amount and arranged for a house. Rs 30,000/- .
12. 85 Widows - Widows and other indigent women Rs 600/- to Rs 2,000/- p.m. are being given to them for their personal expenses. To the indigent women in Delhi, The Foundation supplies every month cereals (wheat, rice, dal, masala, sugar, soap, etc.)
13. A lot of people have taken loans on interest and couldn't return the amount . ZFI paid their loan.
14. Indigent persons belonging to Syed families don't take zakat; so they are given aid from Imdaad Fund
